"Excellent service! Contacted on a Sunday for help moving my stacked washer/dryer unit which was stuck and impossible to move by myself. Derek and Derek showed up within an hour of my contacting them, well prepared with all the necessary tools. They were able to move the unit, and even reinstalled the closet door, all in less than 20 minutes. I wasn't charged anything beyond their reasonable trip fee - very surprising considering it was a Sunday on short notice. After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars to accomplish similar tasks with some of the big companies in the valley (the ones with fancy trucks and pushy salespeople) I was amazed how simple this transaction was. "Very pleased with prompt communication from Derek, he sent John out to give me an estimate; but I got so much more, a lot of new ideas about how to solve a limited space problem. The washing machine I purchased was too deep for the laundry space available. (Other contractor insisted I needed a wall extension with new framing & drywall) John suggested an alternate arrangement of hoses & cords! We squeezed an extra inch and a half out of the space allowing him to hang new doors and trim the space without new drywall, paint & extensive carpentry. Non- smoker, quick, quiet & clean; but John's willingness to think outside the box was the winning quality. Very pleased, will hire them again & tell my friends."
