"Took their sweet time for a cash deal. 3 weeks and than we’re told the new owners could use a personal check and the temp they hired said yes and than when we came to sign the office said no. She was wrong. If you hire a temp make sure they know the rules or don’t pass the buck, it’s my money to pay off my loan and now we have another 10 days of interest. They should be responsible for making the mistake. There are 5 title companies in Yuma will use another company next time."

"I was buying a lot in my name and they tried to force my wife to be involved. The close was in 4 days. I told them that I did not want her involved (she is ill and needs to focus on recovery) and to set up the close with my name only. They said it was a law that she had to sign papers. This was a lie! No law exists that my wife had to be party to this purchase. It was their policy. After telling them twice that I did not want my wife involved, they said they would hold up the close until she signed. Such arrogance! Such pigheaded and ignorant people that think they own you! These people have no respect for their customer and are ignorant of the law. I advise you run from these people as they should not even be in business with their attitude of control."
