"I specifically told the agent to name my bank, as lienholder, which they didn’t, also be assured me, they would forward proof of insurance to the bank, they did not, no I have to call the provider directly to modify my policy and then email from myself to the bank, pretty inconvenient honestly (update) 9/29/23 still terrible service,im a customer and still cant get anyone on the phone,they promise call backs but they never call,just avoid if possible"
