"I have been working with Thomas gravely on getting our vacation home insured and when finding out we were moving to the area and needed to get our vehicles taken care of he was there right away. He made it even easier when he found out I prefer texting as I’m always busy and working.I truly feel he gos above and beyond to get things done and make sure I have gotten everything taken care of. He works well with you, communicates and makes you feel like there are no stupid questions. Side note, I work with adjusters day in and day out. I don’t tell people that tell the “sale” is complete so I can make sure they treat me right and Thomas sure has! If you were debating giving this office a try, I say reach out and just converse with them and I’m sure you will see how well they take care of people."
