"In a word, Awful! Have a issue with flooring that has a manufacturing defect. The manufacturer has agreed to replace the floor including labor. However the claim associate has made this process as painful as possible. One road block after another. Remember the manufacturer has already agreed to the claim. This is going way past business. Starting to take this personal."
