"My first time coming to this location, Krystal Ray was so welcoming, and informative, answered all my questions, and took care of my needs. The staff are very friendly too. The office was very clean and staff greeted me upon arrival and offered water. I will recommend this location and would love to see Mrs. Ray again."
"One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Went in for cough and extreme ear pain. Told them i’ve had a history of wax build up so wasn’t sure if i needed it removed or if I had an ear infection! Front desk lady and first lady that brought me back were so nice and tested me for strep. Krystal then came in handed me a pack of paperwork and said she sent in a couple of prescriptions. Krystal did not look at my ear and was caught off guard and very confused. I had no diagnosis and she seemed eager to leave. My mom called later after explaining what happened and on the phone she called me a liar and that she did check my ear.. which is just false. I understand having bad days but to continue lying is wrong! Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you need intensive care!"
"Needed a last minute appointment and they were able to fit me in with their amazing, flexible schedule. I even came in early for my appointment and they were still able to see me right then and there. The front office helped me sign in very quickly and was very efficient. Krystal, the nurse on-call was professional, helpful, friendly, and was very easy to talk to. She was very patient with me as I explained everything to her. The appointment only took 10 to 15 min and they were able to get me everything I needed. Also, the entire staff only had my care as patient in mind and focused on helping me. Best customer service and patient care ever!!!"
"I want everybody to know how wonderful this place is! I haven't been treated very well in the past by other doctor's offices. I walked in here and was welcomed by the friendly guy at the front desk. I was immediately relieved and was made to feel welcome! I saw KRYSTLE RAY, the nurse practitioner. She was AMAZING! Her outgoing, friendly personality, and her professionalism was off the charts! I found my place! I will be back! Thanks for helping me everyone!"
"Great availability, friendly staff. I got my annual check up and they took my labs as well. They are open late on weekdays and are also open on weekends, this is a godsend for working people. I would take more pictures but i have to protect patient privacy, but everything is clean and modern."
