The payment they forced me into is as much as a car payment and they have been completely unreasonable in working with me to a better payment. I’ve been having to call and negotiate like it’s a car sale it is unbelievable. They are completely uncaring of people having monetary troubles and not being able to afford massive payments on a monthly basis. Highly recommend NEVER using this facility if you need a payment plan."
