"As a HCW I understand prioritizing. When I got there there was a woman having a stroke. Medical staff treated her promptly HOWEVER still made me feel like I was a VIP patient. Dr. Porche and everyone there was extremely kind, informative and efficient. I appreciate all the hard work and care you guys gave me that day!"

"+Good service, prompt attention (I was only patient in 3 visits). +Attended by Doctor, not a nurse practitioner, not physicians assistant +They seem to be well equipped, had ex-ray done immediately, urine test, & flu test. +It seems like they have staff of 4-5 medical specialists. +Pharmacy on-site +Accepted major insurance, and Medicare -What I disliked on last visit, I was attended by a DO (Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine), but none-the-less I had good outcome. I prefer medical doctor that are better trained in traditional medicine."

"Very disappointed in this Cigna facility. My late mother worked for Cigna for a number of years and I’ve always held them in high regards. I visited this location on May 17, 2022 at the request of my midwife. For the past two days I’ve had extreme leg pain, to the point where I can’t sleep or function properly during the day. My midwife wanted me to rule out a blood clot in my leg. I called the facility and spoke with Barb, who said they will do ultrasounds for possible blood clots. When I got there, I got right in which was great. Receptionist was nice, the nurse who did my vitals was also wonderful. Then I met Barb. She immediately disregarded my midwife’s request because my calf wasn’t swollen and “because of the way I was sitting” she assumed it was something else. However, I do have multiple other symptoms that could be related to a blood clot. What was the harm in trying? I came to this facility for an ultrasound to rule out a blood clot, I was prepared to pay whatever cost the service required, and I was denied. For a second she thought about doing a urinalysis and then decided against that, too. Barb made it clear she did not know what midwife care entails, was frustrated that I didn’t have an OBGYN she could refer me to in order to see what muscle relaxers I could take while pregnant, and announced that she’d “have to go look it up herself.” I did not come here for a quick fix to mask the symptoms I am experiencing. I came for a diagnostic ultrasound, to try to get to the root cause of my pain. I left the facility and requested to not be billed because the care I requested was denied. I am now going to have to go to an ER for an ultrasound."

"I have had two visits to this facility in recent years. Both times I had very good care. Could not have been treated better if I were rich or famous. Surprised to see the 3.5 overall rating, I give it a full five stars. I was seen there by Dr Porche (mentioned very negatively by the previous reviewer) and was impressed by his concern, caring and the time he took with me. He was professional, polite and personable. This was just a few days ago on December 26, 2021."
