"After they messed up multiple prescriptions and referrals, I called the office and was put on hold. I hung up after 15 min and called back. The receptionist said now I lost my place in line and the wait would be longer. So I went in to the office. I was shocked to see there was not a single person in the lobby and when I got to the window I could see there were 7 lights flashing on the phone. I waited for 5 minutes and watched as the 2 girls did nothing and when I left there were only 3 lights flashing. The receptionists are the worst!"

The only reason I have transfered is because of my health complications requiring an Internal Medicine PCP. "If I'm able to see a doctor I'm happy. Unfortunately, I was in and accident and was in pain. I arrived for 15 minutes early. After WAITING ONE HOUR AND A HALF I walked out. Interesting, the colonoscopy doctor they referred me also took an hour and a half after I arrived early. Maybe, I'm just impatient. Still, I believe it DANGEROUS to leave people waiting in a doctor's office for an hour and a half during the middle of COVID-19."
