"Hello everyone, if you are reading this, I hope your health and living get better. This place is one of the worse experiences I've had over the phone, I am very sick, I spoken to sarah derubeis, I was explaining to her my "symptoms" and what medications were given to me by another NP at #EverNorthCareGroup and other medications I bought at walgreens for cough pain and mucas. For one, she does not explain conditions well, and for two, she is not trustworthy. Well, at least in my eyes, she's not. There are probably other providers there at that establishment who may be more professional and respectful than sarah derubeis, but as a first-time patient for this establishment, I would not recommend this to anyone. I asked her, "Are you having a bad day?" and "boom,she hangs up on me. Ladies and gentlemen and many genders, that shows you how incompetent a health profession can be. Good luck and also Tahirah abdur Tahman very incompetent. Waist of time."

"I've been going to this office four 4 years now, it started out ok but refills were and are always difficult, calls not made or rx left out. I wanted to get a #@@@#&& vaccine, I recieved part 1 but not part 2 yet after several visits pre-covid, I shouldn't have to tell the Dr I need my 2nd half of a vaccine if they would at least glance at my chart! I've been very frustrated with the office staff over the last several years and it seems to be getting worse from my perspective. They seem far too busy to give ANY person to person respect, with exeption of the Drs. I like my Dr, the rest????"

"The doctor pulled out and checked his phone twice during my appointment (I know once it was for LinkedIn notifications). I did a couple tests that took a while to complete, and then called in to get the results. Despite having talked to the lab before, I was told I'd have to leave a voicemail with the MA. And the phones wouldn't even work for roughly half of my calls. They claimed to have sent me emails I never received, and I was told someone would be able to call me 24-48 hours even once the test was finished; it seems like in some cases (such as mine), medical diagnoses should be related to the patient quickly so they can begin treatment. Instead, I was jerked around for days."

"The worst experience I have ever had for a primary care visit. The staff is very unwelcoming which is disheartening, especially when we think we can just google a diagnosis on up. The follow up appointments do not align with the expectations the Dr sets. The Dr actually misdiagnoses and doesn't even request to have medical records so they can be viewed to determine what is needed based on the last medical visit. The Dr and staff I worked with I would absolutely with out a doubt never recommend to a friend, family member or even associate. Just seems like they would deter people away from improving their health with lack of concern. So much wasted money with these people"

"Let me start by saying that this bad review is no reflection on Dr Hinds or any of the actual doctors or front desk staff. My problem is with the people who run the lab at this location. I am a diabetic so I have to get blood work done every 3 months. I have to fast the night before and can only drink water. Just on a regular day I drink 2 full gallons of water. On days I have to get blood work I drink a half gallon at bed time and a half gallon at 4:30 AM when I wake up. Well when I went to my last appointment There was a bunch of new faces in the lab. The only person I was slightly familiar with was the overweight lady with the bad attitude who does no work. I explained to her like I have explained to anyone who has to draw my blood for the last 30 years that I have rolling veins and Im a hard draw. Her response was to roll her eyes and tell me she had more than enough experience to draw my blood. So she tried twice and couldnt find a vein then asked me if I had drunk enough water. I told her yes I drank a half a gallon before bed and one half gallon before coming in. She tried again no luck. Then she asked one of the others in the room to try and he was even less skilled than her. After he couldnt draw my blood she wrapped up my arm and told me to come back another day when I have drank more water. I told her I drank a A whole gallon in less than 7 hours and asked her how much more I had to drink. She then rolled her eyes at me and said to the other guy in the room as I was leaving that its no way I drank that much water. She was calling me a patient a liar which just wasnt the case. I have not been back since. No meds for my diabetes for a couple months now so Im probably gonna die or be hospitalized soon, my vision is barely good enough to leave this review. I just wanted to leave this review so when something happens to me they understand why and dont just think I didnt want to go to the doctor. They even had the audacity to tell me to go to an offsite lab. The whole point of me even picking this office is because of the onsite lab. I cant afford to be travelling from location to location. The last thing I have to say is beware the fat lady in the lab, she is gonna get somebody hurt with her attitude problem and lack of skill."
