"I’d give no stars! They discharged me from the practice because their old nurse practitioner Bengi, couldn’t get my prescription to the right pharmacy. I got upset because they couldn’t get it right and they left me with nothing. My prescriptions were very important to my health and they didn’t care. Because I fought for my rights, they discharged me, ten minutes before my appointment. Very disrespectful practice and they are very rude to their patients always. I wouldn’t try them."
"Most disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional medical services. Don’t go there. They are gasping about their patients even the nurse practitioner was very rude and unprofessional part of treating client very bad. Very discussing. Janet Moran don’t know how you can be a nurse. That why the health system went down. I felt insulted by the nurse behaviour and attitude.Janet she not welling to listen to patient or hear them. Not pay attention.she has a big head with little heart, and small brain in my opinion. I will never again to go to nurse practitioners again. Real doctor or no. This third unpleasant experiences with NP will never repeated again. Lady be humble. Some patient they more education , experience, and knowledge more than you. Even the real medical doctor more humble than you. My mistake I did not read the reviews before I schedule my appointment. By the way not all NP are bad. I we have a great NPs but the one I met they are something. Everyday I discovered they piece of junk. Even have no knowledge about anything. Be aware don,t go there."
"I don’t understand the poor reviews this might be the best dr I have seen. Truthfully I was nervous with the reviews I read but the office has great hours and is close so I figured I would try. I’m so happy I did. The office was clean and the staff was great. The receptionist went above and beyond in assisting me to find a another office for blood work as I couldn’t make this office work due to my schedule. She could have just told me to call one of their other office’s but she didn’t, she asked where I would be coming from and set me up with the closest office they had that worked with my schedule. The MA was great as well and they ran on schedule I didn’t wait long at all. Dr Marchbanks was awesome! He shared his knowledge with me and offered options. You can tell this is a dr that cares about a patient. I never felt as though I was a number and felt respected and cared for. I will be making this my family practice without question. I will also share that I am a patient that suffers from addiction and although I am in treatment a huge fear is being treated poorly as I have experienced that previously. I NEVER felt any judgement and truly this experience made me remember that there are great drs and medical staff that do care. I just wanted to share this because I really don’t understand how the poor reviews are here as there is no way I received even the slightest poor experience."
"I have been a patient at Westview Family Medicine since 2015. I was even a previous employee from 2015-August 2017. Both I, my son, and fiancée have been seen by Dr. Hoang, Dr. Cockett and Minnie. I continued to be a patient there after I had discontinued being an employee there. Just recently, about two weeks ago I had come into the office, paid my $30 copay for an office visit with Minnie for my FMLA forms to be completed to care for my non - verbal severe autistic son. Just yesterday on Nov. 5th I had called to ask if my physician could add a correction on my FMLA form. Per the call center they could not locate my medical records - chart because I had been inactivated and discharged. When I had asked why I would have been discharged, the girl whom answered could not give me a reason. Just an "idk it just says that you were discharged" I honestly thought she was joking as I was just seen not too long ago. I then asked to speak to Sally whom is the office manager to clarify if that had been a mistake. The girl transferred me without getting Sally on the line and I was sent to voicemail. I called again and spoke to someone who was unable to clarify why I had been discharged. I asked him to send a telephone encounter message to Dr. Hoang through my chart to verify if he or the office had discharged me from his practice and why. He did not send the message to Dr. Hoang (mind you I had worked there in the past - per patient's request you are supposed to send a message to the provider when requested by the patient) I left Sally a voicemail whom has not returned my phone call.. My physician is just as confused as I am as to why I had been discharged from the practice. My physician luckily was able to locate my chart and correct my FMLA forms for me. I was then informed that a discharge letter was sent on Nov. 3rd stating that I had violated office policies. I have never violated any office policies. I have never been rude to anyone there, I do not have a balance or any no shows. I feel discriminated as I had just gone in to have my FMLA forms completed for my non-verbal severe autistic son and two weeks later I have now been discharged from the practice with no reason just an accusation that I had violated office policies. Which I do have a previous copy of office policies and I have NEVER violated any of them. If they are trying to discharge all previous employees why have they not done so before? I also have friends/previous coworkers who are still patients there whom have not been discharged.. It is a discrimination that Truc and Sally had discharged me after completing forms for my special needs child and has added emotional distress to both I and my child needs. It is truly upsetting that they would go out of their way to dismiss me from the clinic "just because." Westview Family Medicine deactivated my chart without mailing records, without mailing a certified discharge letter, made false accusations, discriminated against I and my special needs child and caused emotional distress. I just hope this review warns others that it is absurd that administration can discharge you without notifying or receiving permission from your doctors. That at any given moment you can be discharged for no reason and left with no records and unanswered questions. It is truly sad because Dr. Hoang and the other providers are amazing, and kind hearted whom I had the pleasure of working with from 2015- August 2017 but have still been a patient since then until November 3rd 2018. Unfortunately, Dr. Hoang has employees who discharge good patients for no reason and without notifying him."
"I have never posted anything in my life but had to share the awful experience my mother had to endure very recently(Sept 2017). Dr.Mai was rude beyond what my emotions can express and was unprofessional. He VERBALLY ABUSED MY 78YR OLD MOTHER. He violently shook and pointed his finger directly in her face. Evidently he does not appreciate our business which is paid via VA. We are working now to find a suitable Dr that is empathetic/caring and pkan to report this to the medical board. Who knows how many other complaints he has gotten over his career. I am purely disgusted w his action."
