"Unfortunately, the nice desk lady was about as useful as a white crayon. I just mentioned to her that I needed to schedule an appointment to see a dermatologist to freeze a mole while pointing to my forehead to make it extra easy for her not to screw up. Guess what she does, instead of scheduling me to go see a dermatologist, she emails me an appointment to go see an Ears Nose and Throat and Allergy doctor. I would probably get better help from a circus clown. Next time, I guess I’ll bring a sign language interpreter and see if that helps. I actually know of someone. :) So much for trying to save time by coming in instead of calling in over the phone. Geesh…"

"The office staff is very friendly and helpful. When I needed expedient help they went above and beyond for me. Jason Anderson is a very pleasant and thorough Dr. I would recommend him as a PCP. I wouldn’t recommend going to a facility that charges $175 per visit. That’s too much. Insurance is not helpful anymore and everything is too expensive. That price makes me have to prioritize paying bills over my health."

"I have so many good things to say about this location, but unfortunately, I don’t know many of the staff’s names here, which I actually feel bad about. First and foremost, once you walk in to the office, regardless of how hard their day has been, you’d never know it as the ladies at the front desk are always smiling, happy, and ready to help. This has to be one of the toughest positions and these ladies do it perfectly. The nurses are also great, there was a newer one being trained last time I was there, so I really missed my normal one (I think she may have gotten promoted!?!), but he also seems like he’ll be great in the position! My primary care doctor cares, listens, is open to what I ask, and is willing to look at all routes of treatment even if I bring them up first. I find this to be rare in the medical field and I really appreciate that about my doctor. He’s helped me get to one of the healthiest points that I have been in my adult life, so that's saying something. I also don’t want to forget the super friendly lab technicians that I’ve had in the past here as well. Everyone here has been super helpful and caring, and I appreciate that. At one point, I had moved over 25 miles away, and still drove the distance to make sure that I would always be at this location. Thank you, all :)"
