"The PAs are great but the staff will kill you. Mean, horrible people who purposely sabotage the health of innocent people with absolutely no regard for the pain, suffering, and trouble they cause. They took three months to send over a referral to one specialist and deep sixed a CT scan and an MRI that I REALLY NEED. It really makes me wonder who they’re really working for and what their agenda is. It’s certainly not helping people. They don’t take their jobs seriously and don’t care and it’s an enormous liability, not to mention good people suffer and could die needlessly."

"0 starts for front desk who leave voicemails about concerning blood test results with no solutions. I’ve called twice for answers, to speak to the dr but they’ll pass along the message they keep saying."

"I've been with them for years. The doctors are mostly competent, but the bedside manner could improve. It's the front desk that triggered me to change primary care. I was waiting to hear if I had a broken foot or not. A day and a half after I confirmed they were sent my results and 3 phone calls later, they kept telling me that they DIDN'T KNOW if they even received them. A DAY AND A HALF and she couldn't be bothered to check for results for a potential break? I had lab work done 1 month ago. I've called for results and get told, we get to you when we get to you. Switching care providers has been fantastic. It took 3 days to switch, they already have tests, referrals, and more approved within 48 hours!! Further proof it's THIS provider, their staff, and them that was the entire problem. Do not recommend."

"First off I don't see all of that negativity people speak of. Dr. Beach is very informative , listens to what I have to say. Great Doctor . The front desk is nice too.I feel comfortable when I go there. I will continue to go there. Please keep up the good work."

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Where to start...the building is filthy. The front office staff is rude and unprofessional as is the women who answer the phones. After waiting on the phones for 40 minutes or more, you would think they could answer nicely but no. Referrals can take months to receive, it takes multiple calls and messages to even get a refill completed. The pharmacy has issues with them responding too. Billing is a joke and I am constantly billed for visits that I have paid my co-pay on. The office manager is useless and is the rudest and most unprofessional of them all. She always states that they will be fixed but every month, I get a bill. I have complained to my insurance company as well. Do not go here."
