"This place is unprofessional. My father who is a patient has been trying to call this place for almost two weeks now to get his blood results and to speak with his primary care, but the staff put him on hold, laugh and then hang up on him."

"I should have checked the reviews first!! Trust me, I had a horrible experience with this place. I was not feeling well and called the after hours phone number. I expected to receive tender and gentle treatment. However, the next day I received a most intimidating and insulting phone call from the nurse practitioner whom I had seen the day before. I was scolded for calling the after hours number and was spoken to in a very rude and degrading manner. Unbelievable!!! I was so traumatized I hung up the phone on that woman. I will never ever go back there. Is this elder abuse or what????"
