"I am deeply disappointed in this skin care line! While I love the products, it is impossible for me to order them. I have been calling them for 2 weeks, and have left numerous messages for Customer Service. Their website states that they will be open today, but I have tried twice now with no success. I write this out of desperation!! When will Astara do what they say they will do? Ignoring customers does not promote a good customer following or sales!! Astra, I am losing faith in you ----- please respond!"
