"Worst dr and staff ever. If I could negative rate, I would. Worst medical experience I’ve had myself or any family member!!! Definitely go elsewhere and not waste your time. After an initial appt in May, followed by a tele health appt in June. The dr okayed and ordered a medication saying it would benefit me. Switched over to his medical assistant to see if office had samples, which they didn’t, but that was fine. Told she would send it over to pharmacy, then work on all the prior auths needed. Days, weeks go by and nothing! Called 5-6 times over the 2 months to finally get someone to answer vs “we’ll take a message and they will get back to you” Answer given is they called my number multiple times, which didn’t happen as I have a cell phone with no missed unknown calls, to tell me Dr. Sethi never prescribed medication and it’s not in my visit note. Said I would need to make an appt. Scheduled appt for my work schedule and put me with appt late October. Get called to see if I will switch to tele health appt, refused after the June fiasco of no medication filled after phone visit. Asked me if I could come in earlier, which again “no” because of work schedule. They called a couple hrs later stating “the dr refuses to see me if I’m only going to ask for medication.” Complete 180 when he verbally prescribed it in June. She said they would see me for lab work and medication refill on thyroid only. Told them that made no sense paying specialist copays for that care. Staff said “that’s fine so we’ll drop you from our patient care, have a good day.”"

"Since when does a doctor who took the hyppocratic oath deny a person who would like to see them, I don’t need a referral to see a doctor if I know what I have and blood tests to prove it. You are a disgrace of an office it’s no wonder CA health care is number 1 this place needs a wake up call. So yes this Doctor will deny seeing you even if you are paying out of pocket and clearly could care less about your health."

"I canceled one appointment (in office) due to illness. Canceled this appointment 2 days before the appointment date. Missed a telephone video appointment for a video conference a week later because office did not call me right before video call was set to begin as is their written policy to do. Thought the doctor was running late or something came up.Did not check my messages for the videolink because they did not tell me he was ready. They say I missed four appointments in a year so the doctor withdrew himself from my care. Poor office staff who could not communicate well at all. Not a good doctors office at all. Interested only in making money no matter their own mistakes.. Don't recommend them. See someone else."

"First time patient! I wasn't sure what to expect given the mixed reviews. I was referred by my OB doctor. I was contacted promptly by Western Endocrine Assoc. to schedule my appointment during the holidays. They contacted me with reminders multiple times which I appreciate. When I checked in, I only had to review, confirm and sign the intake sheets (no redundant form filling) which I really liked. My appointment ran on time and the doctor saw me promptly. He was very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He listened to all of my concerns and I didn't feel rushed. I thoroughly appreciated my visit. Very pleased with the care received so far. Office was friendly and helpful."

"I was referred to this practice by a friend. Worse than bad care is no care! I have made 6 attempts at getting an appointment. They say they basically take people immediately, and no referral required. Do, my insurance does not require a referral, I made 4 attempts so, I got a referral. I called, left another voice mail, nothing. Sent an email, nothing. This is truly frustrating and flamboyant in their part. I am just going to move on, horrible patient care."
