"Upon arriving, I was warmly welcomed with the front staff. Paloma was amazing at making sure I was ready for my appointment which reassured any unsettling feelings I had the morning before. I felt so comfortable in the waiting room and was excited to receive my first ever facial procedure. I decided to try the clear and brilliant treatment for my light colored skin which has minor pigmentation issues and redness. I had two phenomenal nurses, Rhiannon and Christine, taking care of my face. They were very professional and guided me through the entire procedure. They explained the techniques and machine they used which helped me understand what was happening and how it would eventually lead to my desired, even skin tone. They answered all of my questions about how my face would respond. As a health care worker in training, the science of this subject peaked my interest! I’m very concerned with the products I put on my face because of my previous acne condition, and they did an excellent job explaining everything they were using and how it would benefit my complexion. I was aware that the clear and brilliant treatment could cause minor pain during the procedure and they made it their priority to reduce that as much as possible. During the entire procedure, they were constantly checking in with my pain level and comfortability. They definitely tailored to my needs as their patient and I felt well cared for. I was very impressed by their knowledge of skin in general and they taught me so much about my own skin type. I left Laser Away feeling so refreshed and excited to see how my future treatments will lead to my clear, flawless skin.
