"The two doctors I've seen over the last 10 years have been great. However, the office staff and management at this practice are a different story. Wait times have been 30-70 minutes in the initial waiting room, then another 45 min to get blood drawn. Staff doesn't apologies or give you good estimates on wait times and they just say "you're next"."

"Staff is very rude and unprofessional. They make appointments and then they don’t have them in the computer when you show up. This has happened more than once. The receptionist expected me to know the doctor’s schedule. NOT MY JOB. Long time to get an appointment and long wait times in the room waiting for the doctor."

"I've been going to this practice for many years. Over the past couple of years, their wait times, after checking in, have just skyrocketed. They appear to be always running behind, like 35 to 55 minutes late. They recently (beginning Oct 2023) started renovating their lobby, so be on the lookout for the new temporary entrance. This temp lobby is smaller, so be prepared to buddy up next to someone in the chairs."

"I was looking for a new GP and a family member recommended Dr. Wristen. I'm sure she's a good doctor but I wasn't able to find out. The telephone system for making appointments was stuck in a loop -- press any button and it takes you back to the beginning. So I went to the office in person. Mayhem! There's a long line and no room to line up. They take ages to check people in, and they are rude and bark orders that you have to sign in. No, I don't have to, actually. I can just leave. And I did. Avoid!!"
