"This place is the new doctor weigh station. The staff put up signs that say,”Don’t disrespect us by making us tell you to put on a mask.” They don’t stop talking to each other when a patient walks in. Vintage answering service that puts you on hold. have received no useful information after a year. They just failed to diagnose a known autoimmune disease."
"I had a great doctor at this center and had no issues. When that doctor left, I had to resort to seeing James Smith. I saw him once and never wanted to go back. He was rude and unprofessional. I felt like he didn’t listen to my concerns, or just didn’t care. So I started seeing Victoria Hunt (previously Martinez). At first I didn’t seem to have any issues, but then I felt as she too did not care about my concerns. I struggle with a lot of anxiety, and at one point she stated “you need to just get over it.” … I left the office shortly after and have not been back. They’re extremely disorganized. It took me months to get the referrals I needed to go to specialists. I would not recommend this office to anyone."
"James Smith is so rude! All he does is mock patients and put them down (including the people he works with). He laughs and mimics you when you are worried about something, and then, in an irritated manner, writes you a prescription INSTEAD OF A REFERRAL to a specialist saying "take this; you'll be fine". He says "what else do you want?" afterwards while sighing and rolling his eyes. Excuse me? What kind of pathetic doctor does that? Nobody likes him. He should have been fired long ago. Victoria Hunt isn't too keen. My son needed an antibiotic for a really bad ear infection, and she wrote him a prescription for ONLY THREE DAYS. The pharmacist double checked the order when he was giving it to us because he was certain there was a mistake. Antibiotics will NOT cure an ear infection in a three day dose. He gave a puzzled look and asked why it's for only three days. I told him it's because she wouldn't listen to me. I had already told her he needs the normal seven day prescription, but she argued that the dose was strong enough and therefore needed it for only three days. The pharmacist was shocked that a doctor would be that dense about antibiotics. His ear infection was still bad when his antibiotics were done. I did not bother taking him back to her. I paid the extra money and took him to urgent care instead and they gave him a proper dosage of antibiotics. This place has only two PCP's and they're both bad doctors. Victoria Hunt is just too strange to deal with. You kind of wonder what schooling she did. As for James Smith, this guy is a bully that mocks people and refuses to do anything other than give you pills regardless of how serious the situation is. He's hateful and just wants a paycheck. He couldn't care less about patients and their health. He should have been fired a long time ago!"
"Dr.Rielly has been my PCP for eighteen years. He is a lovely person, and a great Doctor. PA Cooper is also great, and obviously has a passion for medicine. The office staff goes back and forth on how adept they are at making the office run smoothly. Wait times for appointments can be very high, but that's because the practitioners are overbooked, and overwhelmed. I have been unable to actually get an appointment with Doc for months, and while I like PA Cooper fine, it would be nice to connect with my Doctor once in a while. What I have seen is quite a great deal of turnover in the staff, and it may be that they are in a constant state of training. It also shouldn't take forty five minutes to make an appointment, and it is unprofessional to leave patient's on hold for extremely long periods of time. ( More than thirty minutes without someone coming on to say that they will be with you soon)."
"Dr. Reilly is great! (And also the reason this place gets 3 stars instead of 1.) He cares about his patients, and about treating them well. Personable and professional. As for the rest... Cooper mocked my financial status. As others have said, the front office staff just doesn't want to be there. Just today, called to make an appointment and the woman spoke very quickly and when I asked her to repeat herself she then pretended not to hear me and hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional."
