"Doctor O’Brien does amazing work and is great at explaining things and makes you feel like you actually matter. I feel very lucky that he was the one who operated on my femur. My only gripe is the lady at the front desk was super rude to both my family and I. She makes me NOT want to go back due to her attitude and complete disregard , she went about things like helping me was an inconvenience to her. Multiple eye rolls, sighs, and asking for a receipt was like pulling teeth. They would be better off with different representation at the front desk as she is very unpleasant to deal with. I never write reviews but i felt very very disrespected by her. I am absolutely pleased with Dr O’Brien though, he is very invested in his patients."
