"Updating my review from 3 to 2 stars. I arrived at 6:59 for my 7pm free training session with Josiah. He was busy selling to someone, so I was asked to wait a few minutes. By 7:17 he hadn’t moved, so I told the receptionist I was no longer interested. I worked out alone, but I did see him wandering around at about 7:27. It’s clear my time isn’t valued at Eōs. ——— If you love high-pressure sales environments, this is the place for you. Can’t help but feel like I’m missing out on the deal of a lifetime by not committing to $2000 of personal training on the spot."

"Displeased Greatly Been going to my location Val Vista/ Pecos since it opened 3 years ago. Especially enjoyed the massage chairs which I pay more for. But I recently found out my time in the chair is limited to 10 minutes and I can only use it twice. Not to mention several months went by before chairs were fixed. 3 out 5 were broken. Such a shameful practice to take away this feature. Really wondering If my membership should be canceled. What else will they decide to take away? Maybe limit me to 1 towel a day or only a few sips of water from the fountain. This gym is way too crowded to be cutting corners. From the overpopulated floor they are obviously not turning new memberships away. Which in turn increases how much profit they are generating."

"6 out of 10 stair master machines are down, this is consistent!! And the ones that actually work are terrible… most equipment has something wrong with them."

"I just had another "surprise" from this gym. We were told on signup that there was a special going on a the end of December whereby the annual membership fee was waived and it cost only $5 to sign up. We just got billed $50 each for that supposedly "free" annual membership. We probably would have been willing to pay the $50 fee but we really don't like being lied to. Based on the high-pressure sales tactics of the two reps who signed us up, we have absolutely zero trust in this company."

"Wow, this location is a BIG SCAM!! I had my teenaged boys join the $10/month membership back in the summer. We also signed up for weekly personal training sessions for $150/week. Shortly after joining, we found out we were moving to Texas. I gave notice at the beginning of October 2023. I had Chris Enriquez, the Fitness Manager from this Chandler location reach out to me to tell me it would be 30 days until the auto debits would stop. Every. Single. Payment. That came out after November, I notified him about. He kept assuring me they would stop. Its January 2nd. I just had $10.13 taken out of my account. I sent Chris an email asking if its been 30 days yet. He hasnt replied! If Chris has left the building, please pass my situation on to the new Manager. What a REALLY lousy way to treat your clients! I would really think long and hard about joining this gym because this will happen to you as well. I guess I will have to cancel my debit card to get these charges stopped! Luckily my credit union is refunding me these charges but its still the principal of the thing. I sent copies of my moving paperwork and my lease in Texas to Chris when I put my notice in. He has obviously since stopped responding. We can’t even be there to continue using the membership. I hope someone from EOS corporate sees this because this is terrible. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!"
