"I came for the core workouts and have stayed on for the self defense classes. There is 3 locations and they all have super skilled instructors to get you in shape and confident in defending yourself. It’s a great environment to accomplish both. Highly recommend everyone gives this a try."
"Joining the Tactical Black training facility in chandler is honestly one of the best decisions of my life. Wonderful, welcoming staff, amazingly supportive community of members, insanely effective workouts, and learning a uniquely effective life skill... and it is amazingly fun. I would never have stuck with any other gym or training regimen if I did not enjoy it like this. I'm in the best shape of my life and empowered like I never thought possible. First 1-2 weeks were tough after no formal workouts for 20+ years but, after pushing thru, I wouldn't trade it for the world. I rearrange my schedule at work to make it to more classes. Michael, Will, and Jarrem are the best trainers and I love every moment of every class. If I could give them 10 stars, it wouldn't be enough"
"To whom it may concern, I recommend this program to anyone who, like me, can sense the heightened aggressiveness in society and wants to learn skills to increase your ability to manage the stress of threatening situations, improve your physical strength/stamina, and gain the ability to protect yourself and family. In addition, there are non-fight based workouts/classes that would benefit anyone. You can’t put a price on a full body workout that breaks you down and builds you up. For those interested in self defense, you will get what you put into this program. To see results you need to be consistent. The crew is more than capable of training you, however, the onus is on you to be responsible for your own personal development. You are embarking on a journey to re-wire your brain and that takes time. You will definitely notice incremental improvements over time. "Heard about this place on Holmberg's Morning Sickness 98KUPD. Better than advertised! Been taking classes for about 9 months now and I'm in the best shape of my life - plus I have the confidence to defend myself if necessary. Solid group of good people! Instructors Tony, Wes, Charlie, Drea and Jordan are just outstanding! A weekend seminar on self defense will do little for you under stress. This program gives you the muscle memory and skills to deescalate a situation or fight to protect you and your family. Try this program!"
