"Can't believe I have to go through this Avenue just to contact you guys about my membership. I have the basic membership level. I've been charged 3 times that expected amount for 2 months now. I can't contact you through your website because the website is purposely broken. I thought maybe at first it was an a temporary problem. Now that I've done this dance with you guys two months in a row it's clearly a tactic to dissuade customer action. I've been a member for 2 years. I've never had an issue with your gym or your service, but this is ridiculous."

"Desk employees are very helpful and polite. Dry saunas are always hot. The locker rooms are always clean. I wish the members would quit doing there exercises in the sauna. Other than that, no complaints."

Be cautious of additional offerings, as they seem questionable. On a positive note, Coach T (Tresbin Howard) stands out as an exceptional personal trainer—honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Despite this, the overall management quality may lead me to consider paying more elsewhere for a better service experience."

"So impressed with the daycare! You wouldn't expect it at a gym but it's a really nice space, very relaxed vibes and the staff is phenomenal. Every person I've seen working there is so calm and so comfortable around kids, it's like they hire exclusively older siblings or something. Also worth noting (if you're a nuerotic mom like me, this is great), if your kid just won't stop crying, they come get you from the gym so you can rest assured your little one's not suffering without you or being shushed up! It's been a really positive experience every time I leave my two kids."

"5 stars for open 24 hrs and price 1 star for not holding members' responsible for racking their weights. My advice: dont be afraid of making people mad by making them clean up after themselves.
