"So grateful I found this place! I was treated previously at another huge Ortho center in AZ and wasn't happy with the follow up after going to them for disc issues and pain. I have had pain in my hip/groin/leg for over 2 years and no one would listen to me that it was different from my sciatic that I knew was from my herniated lumbar discs. I went to see Dr. Allan Rowley for a consultation and he really listened to me and looked at my full medical history which includes chronic inflammation issues. He ordered an MRI of my hip along with physical therapy which was initially denied by my insurance company. Travis Deephouse who works for Dr. Rowley is AMAZING and between him, Dr. Rowley and Brock Auten, they stayed on it until my MRI was approved and in the meantime tried decompression, physical therapy and chiropractic sessions to try to get me some relief. Travis is so responsive and on top of everything! Dr. Rowley is very patient, compassionate and thorough and makes me feel valued as a patient. Brock Auten and his assistant Ally are also amazing. Dr. Auten takes his time to explain what he is doing and why and helped me to understand the why behind he exercises and decompression that we tried to get me some relief. He is funny and full of positive energy and never makes you feel rushed. Ally is also great and always made me feel comfortable on the compression table and has a great bedside manner. The woman at the desk - who used to do Ally's job until she went on maternity is also great, I am sorry I forgot to write down your name. Overall this location is run really well and everyone there makes you feel comfortable and valued as a person and patient. I will be going to see Dr. Rowley for hip injections next month and am confident that he will do everything possible to help me get to the root of my pain. I texted Travis on a Tuesday to ask about getting in for that procedure and he got back to me the same day with the approval and the appointment! I highly recommend this place if you have issues with pain and have not gotten what you needed from other ortho centers. They have top notch surgeons and other non surgical specialists so no matter what you need, you will find someone to help you here."

"What a wonderful experience. Let me start by saying I was late for my appointment. I mixed up my directions and was fully expecting to be asked to reschedule my appointment. To my surprise, they were willing to accommodate me still. The office was beautiful and looked like it had been put together by a Hotel designer. The front office staff was very friendly, as well as the MA for Dr. Rowley. When the Doctor came in, he sat in the chair and had a real conversation with me. I felt like he listened to everything I said and I was heard. He was very honest and I appreciated that. I have been seeing spine doctors for about 15 years and haven’t ever had an appointment like this. I am Glad that I found a new care provider who will actually listen to me and isn’t just scheduling me for another surgery. If your searching for a new spine place, give them a call."
