"Connie and her team of trainers are absolutely amazing! I have been doing Mat pilates for years, but have always been curious about machine pilates and some one-on-one instruction. I decided to check out Connie's studio at the recommendation of a close friend and in the short time that I've been doing weekly sessions I have already noticed a huge improvement to my overall health, strength, balance, stamina, etc. It has not only helped me in my overall health and fitness, but in fitness related activities (i.e. cycling, yoga, bootcamp, etc...) and also in everyday life.
