"I cannot say enough about Noelle. She helped me tremendously during a very difficult and painful time. She is compassionate, actively listens, engages and understands. She allowed me time to share and explain my situation. She was not looking at her watch or her clock if I ended up going long. She was extremely mindful and an absolute professional. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!"
"Initially I felt that Noelle Landay was a great counselor . I was extremely happy to have found my way to her. That was until she started judging me for decisions that she spiritually didn't agree with. She's also responsible for the drug overdose I took in an attempt to end my life. It is NOT a counselors job to judge people even if they don't personally agree with them. It is also incredibly unprofessional not to mention in bad taste to leave a message on a patients answering machine for a spouse not even living there. Especially a message suggesting divorce is the best option & that's what he probably should do. Can you even fathom being in a fragile state & walking in to find a message from a counselor suggesting your husband divorce you? Now that my head has cleared I realize just how unprofessional & serious this situation really was. I should have reported her behavior immediately to the medical board as soon as I was released. However, I was going through an awfully rough time & I didn't even think of it at that time. I'm very sorry that I didn't as I feel she may have done the same to other patients since she got away with that kind of behavior with me. I sure hope that she has not emotionally damaged or been the cause of physical damage to any other patient. I would give her ZERO stars but it's not an option."
"Most incredible doc ever!!!"
