"Rocky and Paige are fantastic Psychiatrists, but for some reason the receptionists are NEVER available to pick up the phone. I have been getting my medication through Red Sands for over two years now, and there has never been a single time that I’ve been able to get ahold of them over the phone. No matter how many times I call, i’m always left with their answering machine. This has led to me going without my medication for sometimes up to 5 days because I can’t get get ahold of them to SEND IN NY PRESCRIPTION. Nearly every month they forget to send it to my pharmacy up here in Cedar City where I live, and I am left with nothing but answering machines for assistance in solving their shortcomings. Extremely frustrating to say the least. If it weren’t for the great psychologists I’d say to avoid these people at all costs."

"This is my second time writing a review this place, so I wasn’t able to make my last appointment, I asked if I could do a tele-health call a hr before my appointment, I was told I couldn’t and that I’d be charged a $50 cancellation fee, then they proceeded to charge all my cards on file $50, this place is the biggest scam and joke I’ve even seen!!!!!!!!!!"

She’s fun and makes you feel like you’ve been her friend forever! I have definitely had a far greater experience with Paige than previous Psychiatrists. You can really tell she knows her stuff and truly cares about her clients. I love her!!"
