"THESE FOLKS SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS! My son is been a patient since he was born two years ago. Recently he's got sick and I took him to be seen my Dr. Forshey. I changed jobs in November but I am still covered by the same insurance under the 30-day policy until the new one gets in effect. When I signed in they asked me if any information had changed and I promptly changed my job information and from this point on it went from bad to worse. They asked for new insurance card which I replied I had not received yet but that my old one was still valid. As a matter of fact in my new job I hav the same insurance company! The person at the front desk was very rude! She said it was policy and they could not see my son unless I paid for the visit in full. I accepted paying in full but asked if they would put my claim thru so I could get a reimbursement after they received payment from insurance. She told me that they would not do that and "that is your problem, sir". Then she finished with "we hear these stories all the time. Now, there's other patients waiting. Do you want us to see your son or will you take him to an Urgent Care later?". I got furious and asked to talk to my son's Doctor or a manager. She refused and threatened to call police because she was concerned for her safety. NEVER TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE!"

"TERRIBLE! My son has seen Dr. Forshey from birth to age 6. We had an appointment in 2013 right before we moved to California which i paid for the appointment out of pocket and paid exactly what the office staff told me i owed. Apparently after we moved there was an additional charge for $46. The charge was never sent to my new address in California. I moved back to Phoenix recently and wanted my son to continue his care with Dr Foreshey since he has been with her for so long. When I called to make the appointment they informed me of the collection for $46 which was the first time i was aware of it. I immediately called the collection agency and paid the $46. I called Phoenix Pediatrics back to make an appointment and confirm with them that i paid the balance of $46 and wanted to provide them with the confirmation number and they are REFUSING to see my son because of the incident even though I paid in full and did the right thing. SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!"
