"Waste of time, I now see why they have such bad reviews."

"WORST pediatric office I’ve ever been to. From the very beginning they were extremely rude, when I called they said be 10 minutes early, and when I arrive I was yelled at by the doctor that I needed to be there 20 minutes early. Arriving to the room they immediately asked if my boyfriend or I had the vaccine and recommended we all get it and when my baby is old enough for her to get it as I explained wasn’t our plan she continued on why we need to. When I took my babygirl to get her first shots, they told me I was getting two and when she did it she was extremely rough and later on my babygirl had knots in her legs from the needle being shoved in hard and all the way in her little legs! The doctor came in after and told me she actually got more shots than I was told because their “combined” shots meaning there is multiple vaccines in the shot which I was not told. & I came back today and was told I need to have a mask and was being charge $1 for it which is ILLEGAL considering it is being mandated by them and I am on AHCCCS. They told me for me to be in their office I needed one, so I had to leave because I was not paying for a mask. I’m not going back and do not recommend them to anyone!"

"I stopped going to this office because of the staff . I started receiving charges to my insurance of visits that I didn't even go too. Dr. Milagros is great and she helped me have my son diagnosed with ADHD. But ever since I notice this about the billing I stopped going there and took him back to his original pediatrician and she recommended to take him off the meds."

"Not only is the wait insane, over 45 minutes past the appointment time, the waiting area is not clean. A roach just crawled right across the middle of the waiting area. Then we get back and they pronounced my son's name wrong. It's Milo (pronounced my-low) and they said "me-low". I told them how it was pronounced and the nurse said "no it's ok". Unfortunately when we finally made it back, the person helping us was a trainee. When it came time for the blood pressure, my son told them it hurt and was too tight. Again, we were told "it's ok". Then came another long waiting period in a room before seeing a doctor. All we needed was an antibiotic! When I spoke to a nurse and asked what was taking so long, she pretty much blamed me for not calling yesterday. Mind you my son just woke up today with his eye swollen shut. How can I do something yesterday that I didn't know about until today? I've only been here one time before today and I have been trying to change my PCP ever since. The main doctor is very sweet, but this facility/environment in general is not welcoming, clean or friendly. I don't want to have to come back."

"The physicians assistant Sea Sullivan did not respect or even listen to what I said my symptoms were. I did not want a certain treatment and she was dismissive and rude. She said she would give me a referral for a specialist and forgot. She did not give me feedback on what she examined on me. She obviously doesn't respect the patients opinion or concerns. If the exam isn't done her way the whole time and the patient speaks up, she will not do what's right for the patient."
