"The staff is rude, appointments (including emergency appointments) have to be booked months in advance. Every time I've gone I have had to wait for hours after the appointment time to be seen. They do not follow up on or update patient referrals."
"I really like Dr. Rosenthal and her staff. She was an excellent surgeon and would highly recommend her. Unfortunately, the call center to make her appointments needs a lot of work. I have called there several times and have never had a pleasant experience. The schedulers are very curt and make me feel as if I am inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job. They can't even be bothered by ending the call in a nice manner. They simply hang up. It's a shame because they are the first contact a patient's parent will have, and like it or not, they represent the doctor and her office staff. Poorly."
