"The doctor himself is good he was very patient with my son and is very kind. I wish I was able to say that about his staff. I'm in medical billing and I knew I owed him money for my sons office visit I got the EOB that showed my portion to pay. After a few weeks not receiving a bill I called them to ask why they took a message down a few weeks later still no bill or response. I called them for almost 6 months every month and I just kept getting excuses I didn't know my sons account number or where to send the payment. I didn't just want to mail in a payment with out comparing my bill with my EOB. My son was seen last year 2017 in march. I finally just got a bill last week. It shouldn't take a year to get a bill not only is it frustrating but now I have to send him payments cause when I had the money to pay in full I couldn't get a response from them. I hope he see's this and gets with his billing cause I'm sure that's making him lose money."
"Great doctor. My son need a procedure done and he did the procedure the day after thanksgiving. He was suppose to the day off but did my son's procedure. Would recommend to family and friends."
"Dr. Patterson is a great doctor. He is caring, compassionate and takes the time to answer questions. He also takes the time to educate you and your child. He never rushes us out the door to get to the next patient as many other doctors do. He really makes you feel like he is there for your family. The staff here has gone out of there way to accommodate us when we needed extra help or information. All the staff is kind and super friendly. No not the fake friendly where they act like they care because it's their "job", they actually care. The office is clean and even a beautiful fish aquarium is there. highly recommend Dr. Pattersons office."
