"Unprofessional Staff and the office has a new system that only confirms the appointment by text message. Today they cancelled my appointments because I didn't confirm by text, and I never received the text. I asked Peggy when was the text sent and she couldn't give me a time and date. Super rude and unprofessional and didn't provide me a solution for their unworking system. I been with Dr. B for so many years, he is great, but his staff is terrible I will be looking for a new pediatrician office with better personal that really wants to work and to their job."

"I’ve been taking my two daughters since they were born and I’ve never had issues with the front office, my appointments, nurses and especially Dr. B! I’ve been able to schedule same day appointments for my babies when they are sick and they are always very attentive with them. Dr. B is a wonderful pediatrician very wise and informative! I’ve never have had to wait long periods of time to be seen and would definitely recommend Dr. B’s children’s office!"

"This 5-star review is for Dr. Balderrama specifically. He is an amazing, gifted doctor. My 4 kids have grown up with him and they love him. He always remembers them even though they only see him once a year. He has an amazing bedside manner and is so calm, laid back and gentle. At the birth of one of our babies, my family was visiting when he came to check the baby and everyone was so impressed with him and remarked how lucky we were to have such a great ped! The negatives are that his waiting room is very small and cramped and I often I have had to wait a very long time to get seen. I often have to make appointments far in advance. Also the nurse practitioner that works there, Rosemary, is horrible! She once prescribed too strong a dose of medicine for my child, which made him sicker. And proceeded to tell me that breastfeeding after one year was terrible and would give my child earaches. What? That is the worst kind of misinformation! After that I made sure that all our appointments are with Dr. B only."

"Today my child was scheduled for "four-month" vaccination shots. We have had several conversations with this office about scheduling the appointment. Mind you, this same office had already performed my child's "two-month" vaccination shots. Since my car is down, my spouse had to take a taxi to make this appointment. When she arrived she was told that the four-month shots won't be due until May 5, about 20 days later. So 3 hours later and $40 poorer, my she arrived back home and told me the news. Did I mention that I am presently unemployed and that that $40 dollars is one-six of all the income I see in a week? Even though it is Passover today, I don't think I would have been forgiven for all the cursing I gave this place. You would think "someone" there knows how to read medical records, especially since they are the ones who performed the "two-month" shots, and who also contacted us first telling us it was time for baby's "four-month" shots. I don't know the character, skill, education or quality of the doctor there but if the staff makes these kinds of "plain sight" mistakes, I can no longer have confidence in this pediatrician's practice being able to keep my child's treatment without error or issue, not to mention wasting of precious resources. My child won't be going back there."

"Dr. Balderrama was the pediatrician that was recommended to me and saw both of my last children at the hospital after the births. Due to the distance of where we were living at the time to his office, we did not continue to see him after our son was born. Our daughter was born last July, we are now living closer to town, so have been going to his office for a while. The staff have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. Dr. B's bedside manner is outstanding and he is very conscious of the children. He talks through what he is doing in a very soothing manner to the kids to get them comfortable with what is going on. I am saddened by some of the reviews I've read on here because they simply aren't true in our experience. The people which were talked about aren't at that office anymore. Staff is friendly and we will continue to take our children to this office."
