"Poor customer service and terrible account management. If your sick child needs to be seen but your adult child owes them money (less than $10), you won't be able to have your sick child seen. The staff is rude and just kept saying they were not refusing to see my minor child but refused to schedule an appointment. During this call they also violated HIPAA. We will be reporting to the appropriate avenues but wanted to warn people here first."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. My 3 month old son has been having a horrific time with finding a formula that is okay on his tummy. Dr Colleen Cunningham saw him and told me she didn't think he was lactose intolerant because WIC doesn't always pay for soy formula and that it was expensive. She basically told me I couldn't afford it. I don't believe that is her place to tell ME what MY FINANCES look like. If my baby needs it, he needs it. She told me that his overgassiness and spitting up practically half the formula had to be heartburn. Also, my son has had a constant cough obviously UNRELATED to the spitting up since he got rid of a cold 2 months ago. She told me it was post nasal drip for a whole month, explaining he was too young to have allergies. She then, told me it was due to him spitting up so much. He has a sneeze that comes with it. It's as if she doesn't listen because I'm a "new mom", even though I've baby sat small children for 4+ years. My adivce is get a different pediatrician."
