"Dr Beggy was my PCP for many years before I left Tucson, he was a wonderful doctor to visit over the years. I know he is now retired and enjoying life but I wanted to share my experience and appreciation for the years he saw me."

"Dr. Beggy was my primary care physician and he was treating me for diabetes. He was treating my disease and not me. My diabetes was not controlled. I went to pick up my prescription and was shocked to learn Dr. Beggy had cancelled my prescriptions. I choose Dr. Johnson, an endocrinologist. Dr. Johnson found that I needed a different medication and my blood sugars immediately got better. Why would Dr. Beggy cancel my prescriptions without notifying me. If I hadn’t been able to immediately get an appointment with another physician, I could have possibly lost my life. I will never see him again and I would not recommend him."

"I am new to the practice. They scheduled me right away. Was seen on time and love my PA Vanessa. The front office was professional and caring. The back office medical assistant was very nice. The referral/authorization staff is on top of my visits to specialist. I am extremely satisfied with the care here. Dr Beggy should be very proud of his staff. Great work!"

"Dr. Beggy's office has been my primary care physician for over 20 years as well as the primary care physician of my many of my family members. In the last three years I have noticed significant decline in the overall service provided at this office including availability, customer service, and records keeping. For example, same day appointments are never available. I haven’t seen "my Doctor" in over seven years. When I had been scheduled it is with a nurse practitioner. When I scheduled appointments and had to reschedule based on work, it was considered a "no show" even when the cancellation was made within their required time frame. I was also charged for these appointments and apparently I was also eventually "dismissed" as a patient for having three "no shows" within a year. Sadly, I only learned of being dismissed as a patient this morning, when I called to make an appointment for myself. I am yet to receive any formal notification of being dismissed and when I asked how I was I informed of this decision they explained that they sent a letter to me but that it was returned for wrong address. Yet, they still dismissed me without informing me. Conveniently they have easily been able to contact me by phone in the past to collect payment for my alleged "no-shows". I am utterly disgusted by this office's lack of professionalism, lack of customer service and lack of patient care, over all. I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed in Dr. Beggy and his office, especially after knowing him since I was a child and him knowing my entire family for 20 plus years. I do not recommend this Family practice to anyone."
