"This review is not for my wonderful experience that I had here, getting two procedures. The staff and Dr Reddy is excellent! My review is for my experience with my co pay. I was informed of a huge co pay that I would have to pay. I told them that was a mistake and that my insurance company already told me, what my co pay was. They didn't listen or try to investigate. I just gave them the co pay. I did some investigating and I was correct. They was paid in full and had no plans on returning my money, until I called over a month later. Be careful, it's no telling on how many people they did this to."

"Let me start off by saying that in no way does my rating reflect the care I received from the nurses and doctor and this facility. The two receptionists at the front desk however need a lesson in basic people skills. They were rude and short with every patient I saw entering the facility and I myself almost walked out in pure disgust of their actions. They spoke negatively about every patient that walked through that waiting room and EVERYONE could hear it! My advice to Dr. Reddy is that if you want any sort of recommendations from anyone, replace your front desk staff. Anyone off the street can answer phones and input information on a computer, with a smile even! I cannot believe what I experienced today."
