"My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 they told me to come in at 2:30 which I did. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you have to wait more than 2 hours. The scheduling department or the doctors themselves should take full responsibility. People have other appointments and need to be in others places, which based on today and the waiting I’ve missed my neurologist which I’ve been waiting 2 months for. This is beyond frustrating!!! People should be held accountable especially when I asked to speak to the center manager and was told by front desk that wouldn’t be possible!! I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last place on earth."

"Dr Shu is awesome. He treated my issue and completed surgery perfectly. They treat you very well at his practice. All the employees are awesome too. Great job Dr and staff. I thank you all for saving my life that day..... I have never waited long in the waiting room. I show up 20 minutes early and they take me in on the time scheduled. Inside the exam room I have never waited longer then 15 minutes to be seen. I would highly recommend this Dr for anyone looking for a professional Dr and practice. Thank you again."

"See update below: Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Always greeted with a smile. So far have been on time for scheduled appointments. UPDATE: After my initial post, my last several visits have been different. I arrive early and do not get taken back to a room until 10 to 15 minutes after my scheduled time. Then once in a room I've had to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes to see the doctor. I make an appointment to be seen at that time, I have other things to do. I am not sure if I will give this practice one more chance or just find a new practice. My time is as important as the doctors and I pay for his services."

"We had a wonderful experience with Dr Ghorayeb. He came back late in the evening to take care of my husband's problem. He spent time with me explaining exactly what the procedure was all about. We could not be happier with this doctor. We had a few questions and concerns as my husband was recovering at home. I called the one and only number they provide a total of 14 time over a three day period. NONE of those calls here ever returned. For a clinic that has 16 providers and 5 locations, this system of a call center is really poor. The CEO of this place needs to fix this problem ASAP."
