"As a couture fashion business nearby we constantly use this dry cleaner for professional dry cleaning of special event wear and other couture garments. When I say that this dry cleaner is the best I've ever used both professionally and personally I am not exaggerating. They take the hardest stains and make them disappear. And not only do they do this on regular clothing, they manage to work magic on the toughest fabrics and the hardest to clean materials. Everywhere from delicate embroidery to jeweled details, this dry cleaner takes your most one-of-a-kind and hard to clean pieces and make them look brand new again. Even the toughest stains on the whitest of silks, they do it no problem.

"Don’t go to Encore Cleaners. When they ruin your items they will take no responsibility. I dropped off a brand new, never previously dry cleaned, Tom Ford polo that I’d worn 1-2x. When I got home and unpackaged the item, along with 4-5 other similar polos, I noticed light colored stains on the front and back of only this shirt. I took it back to Encore cleaners and they explained to me that the stains were from sweat and that it was an old, well worn shirt. I explained to them that the shirt was brand new and showed them the receipt for $390. Plus I’d never materially sweated in the shirt. They weren’t willing to do anything other than send the shirt to a 3rd party lab that can diagnose. I agreed to pay the labs fee if the lab stated it was from sweat, and they agreed to reimburse me for the shirt if the lab concurred it was not ruined from sweat. Long story short, I waited almost 2 months for a response and, come to find out after calling them to check in, they never bothered sending the shirt into the lab. I returned to speak with the owner (Sean, I think?) and he took zero responsibility. My issue isn’t that they made a mistake, but rather that they did nothing to resolve the issue and didn’t even bother letting me know they’d decided not to follow through with getting the item reviewed by a neutral 3rd party (which they’d committed to doing). Go elsewhere."

"Encore Cleaners hands down is the best dry cleaning / alteration service my family & I have ever used. Never do they fail to go above and beyond when it comes to getting us taken care of. For example I dropped off my dry cleaning with clothes for work and had accidently left a pair of ripped gym shorts in there on accident, not only did I find the shorts perfectly clean but they had fixed them like new.
