"Ordered 2 personal pans and it took almost 2 hrs to get it. Then the pizzas are cold. I get it's Friday maybe call ppl to let them know ot something."

"this was by far the worst experience i have ever had with your company. i placed an order in at 430 pm for a pick up at 5pm. When i got the store location the board didn't even show my name at all nor did it indicate it being done and ready. I waited for over 35 additional minutes to receive my food later than promised. This is unheard of and unethical of your company. You take someones monies yet you don't provide a product at a promised time, i see this legally defined as false advertisement. I want a full refund to my card that was used to place this order i do not want any coupons period, it's simple full refund or I simply dispute the charge with my bank. The manager who worked that day has by the far thw worst management skills and people skills and for me being a customer standing in their lobby and hearing him cuss in unheard of. Going forward I will be using other companies such as Dominos where they provide better service and least legally adhere to pick up times"

"Placed an order for delivery and never got my phone and it was impossible to speak to anyone at the store. I kept getting a call center who would transfer me but call wouldn’t go through. Never got my pizza or my money back."

"They literally gave me an inedible pizza full of salt. You can't eat 1 bite of that and then trying to call custome care for hours and nobody picks up. I call the store and it goes somewhere else. So embarrassing from a store I loved so much."

"Ordered wings through the app and waited 90 minutes for them to never arrive. Called the location 3 times and never got an answer. My car was in the shop so I walked all the way to the location and confronted the member in the front who turned out to be the manager. The manager said the phone lines were disconnected and apologized to me, remade my meal and refunded me as well. Said some of the team was problematic and confronted the delivery driver who nonchalantly said he did deliver it to my apartment complex 3 doors down by accident, the one with the owl doorbell. There are no doorbells in my apartment complex, especially the one 3 doors down from me. Overall experience would have been 1 star had it not been for the manager who comped the meal, still had to carry it back by foot."
