The UPS Store 7904 East Chaparral Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85250

"On February 26th 2024 @ 4:27pm, I brought 4 items to return to amazon and I was only provided with 3 air-bills. I am a handicapped senior citizen and I needed help bringing the 4th item in because it was a heaviest package and I wasn’t able to carry it. I was instructed by the employee to pull up to the back of the store and an employee (female) at the location came out and carried the large item in that weighed about 20-25lbs. The same employee failed to give me the air bill and now my item cannot be located by Amazon! This was a $550 Amazon purchase and the ups store on chaparral took my item and failed to give me the correct corresponding air bill. Amazon suggested I call the ups location I’d brought my items to be shipped so on March 27th I called for help and the man I spoke to was rude and inappropriate wishing me “good luck filing my complaint with the police” and he hung up on me. I’ve been utilizing this location for 15yrs, maybe there’s new management but in any case, DO NOT TRUST this location, be VERY careful to make sure to scrutinize your air bills and what they’re charging you for!! I’ve found the better location is located on camelback and Scottsdale rd. Stay away from the chaparral location which is in the Safeway parking lot, they’re dishonest, unprofessional and rude!!"

"I went to do a simple Amazon return, and for whatever reason Amazon sent me a actual label instead of the standard barcode. The Store literally just tried to charge me $5 to print one label. Just because you’re upset with Amazon don’t take it on on customers… This is a great way to make sure I never use your location or UPS for that matter for my personal and business shipping"
