Just Deliver It

"They were supposed to deliver my Nespresso coffee to my house but instead I got someone’s hairdryer. When I call customer service, there’s no option to speak to anybody to get it corrected and there’s no option to get it corrected on our website either so I guess they just make mistakes that they never have to take accountability for."

"It began with an order from Tilly's. Some idiot did not put my address on my order. No number or street. Then Deliver It texted me and I gave the address. Item was to be delivered 12/12. Never showed up! They either lost it or sent it back to Tilly's!???"

"This company will be out of business soon im sure. They do not utilize modern technology to track shipments, they literally do not have customer service, and show up as early as 6:30am in the morning. They returned my package after two unsuccessful attempts made 5 days apart from each other, without any advanced notice of when they would be by. For a company's that only job is to ship items, they absolutely do not deliver."

"I spent over $100 on my Nespresso order and waiters for it for 5 days way past the 2 day delivery I paid extra for. They claimed they delivered my package but never did. I had to call Nespresso to have them send out another one. Deliver it claimed I was lying until I told them that I have nest camera footage of the time they claimed it was delivered and no one showed up. They started to get flustered on the phone and hung up on me. I hope Nespresso never ships through them again."

"Picked up my package on December 1, and was dispatched to deliver on December 2. Never received my package, so I figured okay I’ll get it the next day. Didn’t receive it on December 3. On December 4 I tracked the driver and he delivered to every address in my zip code except mine! I called apple and when they pulled up the details they said they have zero updates from Deliver-It and we’re unable to contact them. I needed my laptop by Monday. How do you pick up an order and then lose it during transportation for delivery? Worst service ever and why apple even uses them is beyond me."
