"Was just told that the missing sides of my order would not be delivered to me until the driver has another delivery to make due to only having one driver at that store. The store is less than 2.5 miles from my house... Lady answering the phone made no apology or offer to try to improve experience and became defensive when I asked when their mistake would be fixed. Terrible service! She made it very clear she gave 0 !!!"
"This was the first time ordering and this pizza was gross. The crust was flimsy and tasted like a off brand pizza. Little bit of sauce and uneven with the cheese. I thought I ordered a pepperoni, half black olives and half mushrooms. I got all cheese olives and mushrooms no pepperonis. I called and they stated my order was what I received. Nevertheless the pizza doesn’t even qualify a star but that’s the lowest I could give. Never again will I order be the pizza was truly gross tasting."
"Waited 90 minutes for two pizzas when I’m two miles down the street. Manager said it would be remade and it came and it was not even hot no grease dripping off no cheese melted and cold. Crust hard. This is what I get for loyalty ordering so many pizzas from this store and trusting he would hold his word now I have to feed this dog food to my kids. Outstanding."
