"I literally ordered off of THEIR website. I was prompted less than 15 minutes till delivery (for anyone wondering they do not deliver their own food, they have door dash do it.) next thing I know, I’m being prompted 20 minutes, then 26 minutes, then 39 minutes… turns out someone stole my food… what did they do about it? No a thing… don’t waist your time… DON’T ORDER FROM LITTLE CEASERS."
"Employee actually complained when I ordered 6 pizzas for my crew. Unusual for this type of setup. This particular location showed no enthusiasm for customer service and to make sure that I had what I needed. I use little Cesar’s pizza because they are fast and friendly. Good way to feed a crew of 30 in the field. I mark this up to the employee not wanting to be there and management not encouraging the employee and making the employee want to be there."
"So disappointing that I ordered online on my way to the store to save some time. I arrived 5 minutes after just ordering a hot and ready classing pepperoni pizza and the lady at the drive thru told me I still had to wait even if they had pizzas ready. Make that make sense ? I'm seeing they have pizzas ready to go like come on I just placed an easy order, before arriving at the store so everything can be smooth and they gave me this really bad experience."
