"After a horrible experience at UPS, I went here. They weren’t able to help me in the end but definitely took their time trying. They were thorough and helpful and really nice. Carlos (I think was his name, young and slim) was patient and truly wanted to make it work but had system limitations. They ended up redirecting me to the FedEx on university that was fantastic."
