"Ordered online for delivery.. Ryan delivered our pizzas and lava cake nice n hot.. from Other establishments we got it warm hot.. but this order came fresh out the oven with plates n napkins. "Something black was in our food. After I called multiple times the “manager” kept hanging up on me, after reading the reviews this is apparently not the first time. The manager continued to refuse to provide her name so I had to go into the store and get it there. Her name was Marissa and the other guy who was also apparently a “manager” named Tyler refused to help us. Had to call different locations and contact corporate to get the issue resolved. If you can’t bother to have decent customer service then what’s the point of working??"
