"Came over lunch and it was fairly busy. Place was clean, staff was attentive, food came out hot and fresh. Anymore, to hit that kind of trifecta at a restaurant is a big deal and I just wanted to say thank you."

"I cannot believe I paid this much money for this little food - there are literally just scraps of steak in this sandwich. Ordered via Uber Eats so I figure they think they can cheat you bc YOU CAN'T COMPLAIN if you're not there! Smart cost cutting measures. Uber Ears won't even credit me after complaint w photo. UNBELIEVABLE rarely order delivery and this is a good reminder why. #rippedoff"

"Decent food, way overpriced for what it is, though. The unlimited sips club is a very good value. As long as you get three or more chargesd Lemonade's or five or six drinks in a month, it pays for itself. If you get two or three a week, then it really pays for itself. You can get them as often as every two hours, though, so if you do two or three in one day, it pays for itself. I particularly like the charge Lemonade's, free caffeine. In an update that's review, the staff is amazing, I will absolutely be coming here again they are so polite and so friendly The unlimited sips club is a GREAT value, but just keep in mind that a large charged lemonade has 390 mg of caffeine, which is more than 4 cups of coffee worth of caffeine."

"I give Panera 5 stars always. Same here. I’m rating the new sandwich they have “The Spicy Take” that has buffalo sauce and pickles. I don’t think this sandwich is worth the price of $11 dollars. I would say $5 or $6 max. I’m not a fan of the pickles but I wanted to try the sandwich as it looked tasty, it was okay. I wouldn’t buy again. My forever favorite is the chipotle avocado melt. Panera is one of my favorite places to eat. A pick two with this new sandwich is $20!!! That’s just too much for a Chick-fil-A style sandwich with just chicken and sauce."

"The establishment is clean and in a good location. I landed here right before seeing a movie at Harkins in Tempe Marketplace. But it really feels like Panera has skimped on service with all of the kiosks and self-serve requirements to eat here. If that’s your thing (not talking with servers), then it’ll do the trick. But it just rubs me a little wrong, even though I assume more restaurants will move this direction over time."
