"Horrendous attitude and terrible customer service. Zero people in the store and none in the parking lot and they didn’t even want to move. They point blank said they prefer it slow. Whoever was working this afternoon, if I owed the place, I’d terminate them all. Avoid at all costs! There are far too many other UPS Stores nearby that actually want to work and actually want to help customers!"

"I visit this location regularly just because of the customer service! When the staff appears to be overwhelmed I've never seen them reduce their level of service. I have a location within 5 mins of my home, but drive 11 miles to this one! What does that tell you? The services offered including notary are very convenient for all my needs. Thx Scottsdale location for the best reviews than some of the other locations I've read. Good job!"

"Janet was awesome. Very quick and to the point while being friendly. I brought in a ton of Amazon returns and she knocked them out fast. Great attitude even though it was busy and near the holidays. Also helped me print out my slip for one of my packages. Update: I’ve continued to come here for a long time for my Amazon returns. They are great for it. They are so fast."

"There was some great people who worked there. Very helpful and very kind. But now 4/14/23 and 4/15/2023, it seems as though there are different employees. They are EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful, argumentative, entitled and there is zero friendliness. ZERO !!! They are a lot of UPS stores around so clearly it’s time to take my business somewhere else."
