"Been a customer for many years. I believe the ownership keeps changing? I wish this company was up to date technologically speaking, and with the way they invoice their customers. Maybe they are working on that? Paying for my box over the years has been interesting. Paying for a yearly service last, then more recently I was invoiced for a yearly SVC again, but unfortunately, well after it was already due. If an invoice is dated 6/2/2023, but I get a invoice saying I'm late, at no point did Umail offer me any warning or opportunity to pay for SVC's that were dated: DUE DATE 5/28/2023. As a business owner, who does that? I don't. I invoice PRIOR TO, because I feel that's the ethical way to invoice for long term agreements. I go on to ask for a link to a digital payment, which they did send, that I did pay on 7/23/2023. Then I received an email notice that I was still past due, so I called to let them know, that I did indeed pay, only to be told, "I'll have a manager call you back". Well, about a week later now today, I received another email notice with still no call back follow through from this "manager" that was supposed to. So I call, again, to let them know that at this point - I've sent proof of payment 3X+ via email, only to be called back and told that the manager is requesting proof of payment!? WHAT? There is, on their part, a lack of proper tracking, and a lack of proper customer service follow through when it came to my invoicing and payment. So much so, that I'm going to cancel if this cannot be rectified. How many times did I reach out and send proof?? 6x total! It does not have to be complicated nor time consuming - if only proper protocols are in place, that Umail customer billings don't inadvertently, slip up like this. You're better than that."
"While I appreciate the fact that you are a Women's Owned business, I am not inclined to do business with any company that refuses to list their phone number. I am not comfortable enabling a business relationship with business owners that either refuse to be responsive to their customer's inquiries or simply seem to not want to be bothered."
"I opened an account thru anytime mailbox then found another mail service that would work better and it’s been about 3 weeks and this place refuses to refund my money saying the owner is out of town. Beware or you’ll have all the legal trouble I’m about to go thru dealing with businesses like this one! Response: I booked my account thru anytime mail and was told on the 27th to expect a full refund in 7 business days. That never happened because according to them you people won’t respond stating the owner is out of town and not responding to emails ( because they’re too busy responding to reviews) I literally signed up then changed my mind and requested a refund and it should not be this difficult. Only 1 company took my money so I’m not sure why 3 or 4 are involved however your reply speaks volumes about your company."
"It’s funny how people are quick to choose to give a business a negative review after one bad experience. Most of the reviewers today, have stated doing business with the company for over 10 years and today is the first time they have rated the company with a single star because the store was closed. What about the good service you have received over the years? No one bothered to give 4 or 5 stars when it was appropriate and when the business was serving your needs well. I’m sure we all know that customers do read reviews at times and this paints a very bad picture on a small business who’ve had to navigate these past turbulent 3 years of Covid and have managed to keep their doors opened. Let’s be fair and not place an unnecessary burden on our community small businesses that are already struggling to keep their doors open and to continue to serve us the best they can. Let us continue to support them with our business and continue to pray for them and wish them well."
"The place would of been just lovely I'm sure if Google had their hours correctly and I didn't drive all the way here before I thought they were closing at 6pm on Saturday. The door clearly says they closed at 2pm on Saturday."
