Quick Move Transport and Storage 2062 East Southern Avenue, Tempe, AZ 85282

"Company (movers) lied about the time on the clock in my new home to charge me for an extra 15 minutes (at $135/hr). Found out after that the clock was "spot on". Did incorrect math on the Bill of Lading that actually was in my favor. Put a large hole in the wall of the house I was moving out of (I did not find out until I went back). Damaged both office desks. One has a large scratch (over 2 feet long) that cannot be repaired, and a chunk broken off of a joint. On the other desk, they ripped the legs (lag screws and all) out of the wood. I actually caught them, in the truck, with a drill attempting to "fix" the desk so that I would not know of the damage. They drilled new holes and used bigger screws, however the desk leg was put back on at a horrible angle. They actually made the damage worse, and was attempting to fix ON MY DIME. Paying them hourly to move items - NOT TO FIX THE DAMAGE THAT THEY DID. Was told by Hunter "I will make right with you for the damages." NEVER HAPPENED! Owner of the company BOXES AND PACKAGING INC. (Doing business as QUICK MOVE TRANSPORT AND STORAGE) is in Washington state. Addresses used on the websites are MAIL BOXES at a UPS STORE. I was sent a check for just under $25 without an explanation. I voided, and destroyed the check. Damages were MUCH MORE, on top of the fact that I was OVERCHARGED!"
