"Walmart & OnTrac can no longer be trusted. My package was not delivered & neither company will help me. Each claims I need to contact other company. My package was NOT delivered, and did not require a signature. OnTrac claims the package was delivered at 10:23PM, and provided Walmart with what looks like initials as a signature. The initials are not close to mine, and are not even my initials! Do NOT use Walmart or OnTrac."
"Delivered my son's Christmas gift to the wrong address in a different zip code. Contacted customer support. Waited 3 days for an email response. Email stated the picture is proof that the package was delivered and they are closing my case. Useless company."
"They never contact you back after filling out their form. They hold your deliveries hostage without a way to reach someone. Even with specific directions, they can't figure out how to deliver it to you. This is the worst service ever, and any retailer who utilizes them will no longer be a retailer I will patronize."

I am also irritated with companies that use Ontrac for shipping. I have ordered and reordered the same thing 3 times from Target who is using Ontrac to ship packages which I also filed a complaint with. Why use a carrier who has nothing but 1 star reviews?!?!"
"This business needs to be shut down. I have contacted them 6 times re: a package that was supposed to be delivered 9 days ago without one reply. Their website boasts of being an incredible end delivery service and I've never seen a delay like this, or lack of communication, in my entire life. Each of the past 6 days they push the delivery day out to the following day...chasing endlessly for a product that I needed last weekend. I purchased from REI and am going to report to them as well. The worst part is this was the last of the product REI had so I will be unable to replace...."
