"I’m from the east coast and it’s hard to find a NY style pizza in Phoenix. I explained over the phone that I wanted this style of pizza plus an order of wings. The girl on the phone said she understood and I went to pick up after she said it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I showed up, order wasn’t ready, and initial impressions is that the place is sad. What I mean is, lights out on the main sign, cheap furniture, and unkempt everything. They clearly are forgoing any sort of updates to the place. Struggling. I’m all for dive places, and sometimes they can be the best food in the area. But not here. There were two young teenagers running the entire shop. Confusion was evident. No management in sight. When my order was ready, they brought out the pizza, no wings. Kid said they forgot and asked me to wait another 10 minutes. While he rushed back to his other teenage friend to make wings, I looked at the pizza and it was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen and not what I had asked for. Cracker crust is I guess is what they call it, after looking at their menu. Not what I wanted when explaining it over the phone. I told them to forget about it and left. Ordered at Barros down the road. Same order, large pizza and wings, and it was even CHEAPER than this dump. Don’t order from here, they clearly don’t want to invest in their business and leave evenings trusted to some kids."

"My husband and I have ordered from Rush Street before but we will never EVER go there again after last night. Last night we ordered a salad, wings and a pepperoni pizza. Immediately upon opening the salad we could see bright rusty orange all over the lettuce, the cheese on top was a little watery and the pepperonis looked off…way to spread food borne illnesses…so obviously we tossed it. The family we had over was hungry so we decided to make our own salad and go ahead with the pizza and wings. Everyone took a few bites of the food and decided that both the pizza and wings were overcooked and didn’t taste right…so lesson learned, no ordering from Rush Street ever again and we’ll be making a call to the Maricopa Food Department Monday morning when they’re open because obviously the employees and or owners need a visit so no one else is served any questionable food again."

"Great pizza , I recommend the thin crust done extra crispy . The buffalo wing are stellar and the staff is great. Could use more seating."

"This is a reasonably good, reasonably priced pizza joint. I wouldn't be dissuade to come here, even though the lobby smells like hot fart. As if the A/C doesn't work, and the oven hasn't been cleaned in months. The pizza's dough is quite tough, which, unfortunately, is making me give them 3 stars. The cheese is nice and melty, just the way I like it. It is seemingly trying to compete with Barro's pizza, which is basically right next door, because the taste is quite similar, other than the crust being thicker. Personally, I'd prefer Barro's, because it's quality is at least always consistent, and their A/C works."
